Sembach, Germany - On April 5, 2023 409th CSB conducted a Defender 23 ROC Drill at the Sembach Movie Theater led by the Future Operations Officer. This ROC drill was the culminating event prior to execution. Leaders from 928th Contracting Battalion, Theater Contracting Center and 918th Contracting Battalion were in attendance. Each unit briefed about personnel movements and contracting support provided by them during execution.
