Mrs. Eileen Hipe

Deputy to the Commander

Mrs. Eileen Hipe has been a senior leader in Army Contracting since May 2009.  She currently serves as the Deputy to the Commander, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Sembach, Germany.  The 409th CSB provides contracting support to General Officer Commands, Calvary, Infantry and/or Sustainment Commands (Expeditionary), multiple subordinate commands and tenants operating within the US European Command and US Army Europe and Seventh Army footprint.  409th mission is executed via its contracting center and five contracting offices; 928nd Contracting Battalion (CBN)/Regional Contracting Office Bavaria, Regional Contracting Office Benelux, Regional Contracting Office Stuttgart, Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden, the Theater Contracting Center in Kaiserslautern, Germany and the Regional Contracting Office at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.

CAREER CHRONOLOGY:
• Nov 2017 – Jan 2018: Served as Senior Leader supporting both Headquarters Army Contracting
  Command and Headquarters Army Materiel Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
• May 2017 - Nov 2017: Deputy to the Commander, Rear-Detachment Commander and PARC, 418th Contracting
  Support Brigade, Fort Hood, Texas. The 418th CSB subordinate to the Mission and Installation
  Contracting Command, provides operational contract support (OCS) and mission and installation
  contracting support via its two contracting centers and seven contracting offices geographically
  dispersed across the Western U.S.
• Jan 2017 - May 2017: Deputy Director, Contracting Operations, U.S. Army Contracting Command
